Our included Basic Riser XL is taller and more stable than the Basic Riser MK3 and has enough height to scan 4×5 with up to a 90mm full frame equivalent macro, the included 4x5 Light Source Basic MK2 is an ultra bright light sources that are between 2-4 stops brighter than the previous generation 4x5 Light Source Basic and our Basic 4×5 Sheet Film Scanning Kit which goes directly on top of our 4×5 Light Source Basic MK2!

Basic Riser XL: With a solid steel base, anodized aluminum central column, and design cues from our Pro Riser MK3, our new Basic Riser XL boasts a massive upgrade over our Basic Riser MK3. This is ideal for users looking to scan 35mm, 120 and 4x5 with nearly any camera and macro combination up to about 70mm. It has a larger base than our Basic Riser MK3 which allows you to scan film with a gripped camera body.
Basic 4x5 Sheet Film Scanning Kit: This kit snaps directly onto our Light Source options and allows you to scan 4x5 film including the borders! Not only can you scan 4x5 film with this kit but you can also scan those pesky short strips (2-3 frames of 35mm or 1-2 frames of 120 film) by creating your own mask to fit within this holder.
4x5 Light Source Basic MK2 (99 CRI): Compact and bright, this is a great light pad for both color and black and white film. See additional details lower on this page.
Inline Power Switch f/ 4x5 Light Source Basic or Light Source Mini: This accessory allows you to leave your light source plugged in and turn the light on and off via a toggle switch, preventing accidental movement of the light.
