Our included Basic Riser MK3 is taller and more stable than it’s predecessor, the included 4x5 Light Source Basic MK2 is more than 2 stops brighter than the previous generation 4x5 Light Source Basic while retaining 99 CRI output. Our Basic Mounted Slide Scanning Kit makes scanning slides easier than ever before. It’s compatible with both modern and vintage slides with an adjustable gate. There’s also a dropdown option for our new Mounted Slide Film Scanning Hood which masks off extraneous light that can cause ghosting and flare. This creates a more contrasty, detailed scan.

Basic Riser MK3: With a solid steel base, anodized aluminum central column, and design cues from our Pro Riser MK3, our new Basic Riser MK3 boasts a massive upgrade over our Basic Riser MK2. This is ideal for users looking to scan 35mm and 120 with nearly any camera and macro combination and even 4x5 with up to a 90mm macro lens.
Basic Mounted Slide Scanning Kit: Adjustable for both modern and vintage slides, our Basic Mounted Slide Scanning Kit makes slide scanning a breeze.
4x5 Light Source Basic MK2 (99 CRI): Compact and bright, this is a great light pad for both color and black and white film.
Inline Power Switch f/ 4x5 Light Source Basic or Light Source Mini: This accessory allows you to leave your light source plugged in and turn the light on and off via a toggle switch, preventing accidental movement of the light.
Optional Basic Mounted Slide Film Scanning Hood: This scanning hood securely mounts to your Basic Mounted Slide Scanning Kit and reduces glare when scanning in well lit rooms, helping to reduce ambient light glare/bleed and increasing contrast in scans.
